Mantorville, Minnesota.
It all began with the humble marigold, a hearty and colorful little flower native to the Americas. Initially begun as a flower show to promote the planting of marigolds throughout the Mantorville community, with early sponsorship from Marigold Dairies, Rochester, Minnesota, this event has grown to be one the region’s best known and
most attended
annual festivals.
Marigold Days offers something for everyone!
Antique & Flea Market,
Flower Show, Quilt Show, Car Show, Bingo,
Lots of Really Good Food,
Live Music both days, Street Dances,
Fireworks,
5K Run/Walk, Baseball Tournament and a
Grande Parade.
Marigold Days is hosted by the City of Mantorville and the Mantorville Restoration Association.
From Minneapolis/St. Paul — Go approximately 35 miles south from the Concord Blvd/Highway 52 interchange. Turn right (south) at Hader on Minnesota 57. It is about 21 miles to Mantorville.
From Owatonna/Mankato — Go east on Highway 14 to Kasson, then 3 miles north on Minnesota 57 to Mantorville.
From Rochester — Go 14 miles west on Highway 14 to Kasson, then 3 miles north on Minnesota 57 to Mantorville. There is street construction on Mantorville Avenue (Hwy 57) near the high school in Kasson. Just follow the quick and easy detour through town to get to Mantorville. It is marked with big yellow signs.
